	Braewood is a late Victorian house situated in a semi rural location on the outskirts of Freshwater Village and Freshwater Bay and only five minutes drive from Yarmouth. We like to offer our guests a relaxing stay with full access to the facilities on offer at all times of the day. We offer execellent, luxurious, immaculate accommodation. Extremely comfortable beds and a warm welcome.

Prices:  Large en-suite room with King Size bed and  balcolny with beautiful views:              £35 per night for one night or £28 per              person per night for two or more nights   Comfortable twin bedded room or standard  double room:              £30 per person for one night or £25 per               person per night for two or more nights

Prices include an excellent breakfast (fresh eggs from our own chickens) and evening meals are available on request at £10 per head and all rooms have colour television with freeview and tea/coffee making facilities.

We have a beautiful garden, which starts as a well-maintained typical English country garden near the house and progresses through semi rural to become a wildlife reserve down at the bottom beside the river. Guests are most welcome to make use of the garden to sit and enjoy the pleasures of the abundant wildlife on our own riverbank and feed the ducks.

We can arrange half hour trips up the beautiful River Yar to see the wildlife in our own boats at £3.50 per head.

Free transport to and from the Yarmouth Ferry is also available.                                                            Map
